Terms and Conditions.

By signing up, attending a trial session or purchasing a block of sessions for one of our activities or events, you give permission for you and/or your child/children to attend and participate in all activities within the Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC (operating as Future Athletes Academy) programme.

Medical Conditions & Care

Any medical conditions that a participant may have must be fully disclosed to Future Athletes Academy IN ADVANCE of participation in our programme/sessions.

You give permission for you and/or your child/children to receive medical/ambulance attention in case of emergency and agree to you will pay any associated costs.

Participant Safety

You and/or your child/children must wear suitable clothing and footwear. Participants must wear suitable attire including Judo-GI uniform for Judo (not required on trial sessions) and no jewellery.

For safety reasons, parents/guardians and their children must maintain an appropriate distance from the mat and any equipment that is not being used for the particular activity in progress.

Limitation of Liability

All care and caution is taken at all times but Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC cannot accept liability for any injury that may occur whilst participating in one of our coaching programmes.

Parents/Guardians and children participate at their own risk and shall indemnify Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC and its staff against all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC which may arise from you and/or your child/children’s participation in any Future Athletes Academy sessions.

Subject to applicable law, Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC’s liability arising under or in connection with these Terms and your participation in its programmes shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by you to Future Athletes Academy for the relevant programme. In no event shall Future Athletes Academy or its staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or other losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings while attending one of our coaching programmes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties, before moving to arbitration in accordance with UAE law.

Payments/Missed Classes

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. A place in a class or programme is not confirmed until full payment is received.

If you fail to pay fees on time, we reserve the right to suspend access and you remain liable for outstanding amounts.

Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC operates a no-refund policy for a change or mind, unless under approved medical conditions. All medical cancellation requests must be accompanied by a certified medical certificate, and the refund /credit will be provided accordingly.

Missed individual sessions by participants are not refundable, but where possible a make-up class may be arranged at the Academy’s discretion, subject to availability.

If the Academy cancels or reschedules a session, participants will be offered the opportunity to attend a replacement session. Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC reserves the right to cancel a session if it is deemed unsafe to continue and at any time.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, pandemics, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, or labour disputes. In such event, the Academy may postpone or cancel sessions; customers will be notified, and at the Academy’s discretion, offered a refund or alternative session.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect, store, and process personal data you provide in accordance with applicable UAE law and our Privacy Policy. Personal data may include medical information, emergency contact details, images/video, etc. We will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We will not share your data with third parties except to the extent required for the delivery of services or required by law.

Image Consent

Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC management may occasionally take photos or video footage for promotional purposes, including marketing collateral and social media posts. Please advise management IN ADVANCE of attending one of our sessions if you would not like your child’s image used in promotional purposes.

Video and photographs may be taken by families registered in our programs and are for personal use only. Please be mindful of uploading photos of child which includes other people’s children to social media. Future Athletes Sport Training CO LLC may use this video footage or photographs for advertising on their web page and for other business activities.
